Ryan is a second generation owner and has never forgotten what built the name, and what will keep it moving forward.

Dave Neuman, GSC
General Manager

Dave has been with the company for over 30 years. Originally from Edmonton, Dave started out as an installer and has since evolved to his position as General Manager. When he began, there were only 4 Glaziers, now, he leads over 40. His time and experience with Rutland Glass, gives customers an honest evaluation for what ever their goal may be.

Dan Mammel
Retail Sales Manager

Dan was our lead retail foreman for a number of years and in 2008 was appointed our retail sales manager. His experience in any type of glass installations including shower doors, mirror walls, skylights,  all types of window renovations or any glass needs you may have will guarantee that our retail customers are treated with competitive pricing and a worry free job.  Dan thrives on the “customer comes first” philosophy and proves it each and every day.

Bob Carter
Project Manager / Safety Officer

Bob is our go to guy. Any company needs to have a trouble-shooter…a dedicated employee to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all levels. Bob’s experience in a variety of fields enable him to come up with the answers and to anticipate our customer’s needs to offer problem free installations.
