It’s a family business which works perfectly for a team of family oriented people. With over 15 years with Rutland Glass, Debbie brings over a decade of experience to the company. Her official role is accounting manager, but more importantly Debbie looks after the finer details at Rutland Glass. Having someone to finesse all the day to day activities is what makes the difference here….or so our customers say.

Dave has been with the company for over 26 years. Originally from Edmonton, Dave started out as an installer and has since evolved to his position as Project Coordinator. When he began, there were only 4 installers, now, he leads over 30. His time and experience with Rutland Glass, gives customers an honest evaluation for what ever their goal may be.

In keeping with our “family” approach to our business, Ryan joined us in our estimating department after learning the business from the ground up. Ryan set up and operated our state of the art curtain wall fabrication equipment and has been trained extensively in all areas of commercial glazing. His formal education in conjunction with our hands on training approach gives Ryan all the tools from design to installation in order to work with our contractors to develop cost effective, energy efficient proposals in keeping with today’s changing construction environment.

Jeff Lorentz
After studying in the field of economics at the University of Victoria, Jeff focused on developing his skills and knowledge of the glazing industry. His skills in the estimating department are complemented with his time spent learning the commercial glazing industry from the ground up. With a strong background in mathematics, analytical skills, and field experience, Jeff has developed an innovative and very efficient approach to providing quotations for all facets of commercial glazing.
